One sad day, my evening plans were cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance- I got lost in the subway twice. Maybe not unforeseen since I'm quite known for getting lost everywhere. So I was walking with the saddest face ever (even after some retail therapy), until I saw the Hello Kitty cafe. I immediately remembered there's a pet cafe beside it!

Straight ahead I went. I was alone and it was dark. I admit I was desperate for a doze of cute.

There were so many signs to help me with my directional disability.

Once you go in, you're supposed to take your shoes off. But you can wear these colorful rubber slippers.

The rules are pretty clear. Don't bother the sleeping cats. Don't feed them random stuff. Don't bully them in any way. No flash. A big jar of sanitizer is also there so you have clean hands in case you want to pet them.

The fee is 8000 Korean won with a free drink.

I ordered a caramel macchiato from the owner, who is a very a nice young lady. She said she has about twenty cats in the cafe.

You can put your belongings inside the lockers. But halfway through putting my stuff inside, the famous pink bag was immediately attacked and owned. The others snooped to see my loot and my cotton candy.

My coffee arrived and it was time to explore the place.

Cats Living is a very homey place. Heck, I wish my room is this cool.

A bunch of fluffy cats were sleeping on top of each other. So cute.

Some customers post their photographs from the cafe on the wall. Some even put up their drawings.

I needed cute and I got it alright. Perhaps more than I could ever ask for.

When I was about to leave, they took it upon themselves to attack my stuff. I wish I coud take any of them home.
The whole experience was very pleasant. It turned out to be a lovely night and I went home happy.
